After extensive training both in Australia and the UK, Adam Skidmore has come to understand that all patients are individuals with their own unique issues. With the skill and expertise acquired from years of training and practice, he strives to provide the best possible outcomes for all patients.

Experience

Adam Skidmore completed his Surgical Fellowship in 2006 on a Tertiary Oesophagogastric & Bariatric Unit at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth UK. Adam also trained with Mr Shaw Somers; one of the most eminent obesity and upper GI cancer surgeons in the UK.

Adam Skidmore continues to attend major conferences & has close relationships with his European colleagues. Adam has presented at a number of international meetings on Oesophageal cancer and obesity surgery. He constantly stays up to date with the developing treatments available for oesophagogastric cancer & morbid obesity.
